the beginning

On January 3rd, 2011 we started building our house. We are so excited as we have waited about 4 years to begin this process. The last year has been spent developing the house plans and applying for the loan. What a painful process that was, thank heavens we can see a light at the end of the tunnel.

This is the progress that has been made over the first week. Foundation is almost ready to be poured.

 The boys are excited to be at the lot. Jess and I loved looking at the house and the boys loved throwing the dirt clods.
